The Test of a successful turnaround is whether there is an increase in QUANTITY and QUALITY of the output of EVERY single staff member.
“EVERY single staff member” means everyone from the Janitor to the CEO.
A turn around consultant should only ever be measured this way. Any other attempt to measure success of a turn around is a watering down of expectations. Keep them high for a turn around because its life or death for the company when one is about.
