This weeks highlight are for work on clients, #88 and #106. It includes the unravelling of some critical business logic and a brand new system for client #106.
Somewhere in there I also earned the Winter 16 Release Trailhead badge.
a. System Logic architecture
Business Problem: System Architecture requires a fresh overhaul so that it is aligned with how the business operates today and will allow for future automation in the near future to enable further rapid growth.
Solution Design: Map every historical product combination so that the system can make decisions rather than people.
Completed Work: Mapping of 69 product combinations with business logic to be performed for each combination.
b. New Form for Finance Enquiries
Business Problem: Finance team needs once source of customer finance enquiries, so they can manage all incoming enquiries more efficiently. Additionally they would like to collect more more information so they can resolve the clients issue faster.
Solution Design: Funnel all customer account enquiries into Salesforce.com Cases.
Completed Work: Designed the systems to use, built the form, integrated form with Salesforce.com, created workflows in Salesforce to add cases to the correct teams.
Technology Used: FormAssembly.com forms, Salesforce.com Cases and Workflows, Wordpress.com (all public website work done by clients internal Marketing Team).
Challenge: The legacy Salesforce.com configuration for 'Case Assignment Rules'.
Finished Enquiry Forms
The finished forms from the client 2 different brands, feed into the salesforce case queues and directed to the appropriate regional accounts team.
A. MAIN DELIVERABLE

Technology Used: Saleforce.com, Salesforce1 mobile app, Salesforce Lightning.
Challenge: A team that has never used Salesforce before.
